レモングラス。
今日、ひとつ良い事を聞きました。
レモングラスって、腫瘍を小さくする力があるそうで 
これから１日１杯、飲んでいってみようかな 
パークハイアットのデリカテッセンで売られているハーブウォーター
（上のチーガシャ）は、天然のハーブと自然のお水、あとオリゴ糖で仕上げた
ものらしい。
何種類かある内のレモングラスをhirisが買ってくれたので（有難う〜 ）
明日の朝、キンキンに冷やしたのを飲もうと思う。

ハーブウォーター、中々スッキリしてて
美味しかったですよ（＾０＾）v
これから家にいる時は、レモングラスのアロマオイルを
使うようにしようかな…。
自分で育ててみるものいいかもしれないですね。
視覚・味覚・嗅覚の３弾攻撃（？）なら、
腫瘍もビックリして縮こまるでしょう、きっと（笑）
